Yoshifumi Yamada, 84, chairman of Lake Shouji Touism Association, descends the steps after saying a prayer at a shrine at the entrance of a cemetery in which the remains of unidentifiable suicide victims are interred  near Aokigahara Jukai, better known as the Mt. Fuji suicide forest, which is located at the base of Japan's famed mountain west of Tokyo, Japan on 03 Nov. 2009. The local community built a hall nearby especially for suicide victims to be interred.
