Photos of a horseback archery ritual held each September in which horseback archers dressed in a traditional hunting garb fire arrows at a target as his horse gallops along a 255-meter course at full pace. The Yabusame Shinji, is held at Tsurugaoka Hachimangu shrine in Kamakura, near Tokyo.
