Photo shows the the view of rebuilding project from a hilltop in Rikuzentakata, Iwate Prefecture, Japan. Atlas Copco drill rigs, two of which can be seen in the lower portion of this photo, are a key feature of the project, which will shift blasted rubble from a nearby hillside to the central part of the city, which was flattened by the 2011 tsunami, where the land will be raised 10 meters.
