Photo shows the rebuilding project in Rikuzentakata, Iwate Prefecture, Japan. Atlas Copco drill rigs are a key feature of the project, which will shift blasted rubble from a nearby hillside to the central part of the city via a 3-km-long conveyor belt. Rikuzentakata was flattened by the March 2011 tsunami and the rebuilding project aims to raise the land near the coast by 10 meters. Rob Gilhooly Photo
