Photo shows a section of the 3-km-long conveyor belt used to transport rubble being used in a rebuilding project in Rikuzentakata, Iwate Prefecture, Japan. Atlas Copco drill rigs are a key feature of the project, which shifts blasted rubble from a nearby hillside to the central part of the city, which was flattened by the 2011 tsunami, to raise the land 10 meters.
